Multidisciplinary Treatment Team
Housed within one of the nation’s top research universities, the Breast Center brings together numerous researchers and clinicians dedicated to the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of breast diseases. Our multidisciplinary team of specialists meets weekly to carefully review patient information and develop the best possible treatment plan for each individual.
New breast cancer patients are reviewed at the center’s weekly Breast Cancer Multidisciplinary Tumor Board, which is attended by the center’s breast cancer focused group of:

- medical oncologists
- radiation oncologists
- plastic surgeons
- radiologists
- pathologists
- rehabilitation specialists
- social workers
